Processing Time

• Orders are printed, signed (if applicable), and carefully packaged before dispatch.

• Please allow 7–10 working days for orders within New Zealand.

• For international orders, please allow 14–21 working days, depending on destination and customs.

Packaging

• Prints are shipped unframed and rolled in sturdy protective tubes.

• Books are securely wrapped and boxed for safe delivery.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.

• Free shipping may be offered during special promotions (announced via newsletter and social media).

Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Damaged or Lost Orders

Our goods are carefully packaged. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays or goods damaged or lost in transit. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
